We are pleased to announce that Arfin India Limited (“Arfin”) and JFE Shoji India Private Limited (a group company of JFE Holdings-Japan) (“JFE”) have entered into Investment Agreement and Strategic Partnership wherein JFE will have stake in Arfin & will deal in various products of Arfin viz. aluminium wire rods, aluminium deox including aluminium shots, aluminium cubes and aluminium notch bars ("Products"), and other products.
This collaboration will help Arfin to expand the reach to other customers and markets, seize emerging opportunities and development via foster innovation and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business by utilising and expand its the installed production capacity up to 1,13,000 MT resulting to Increasing the revenue and other growth avenues of the company.
